We start outside at street level, and inside the gates an extraordinary entrance with rustic details welcome us. Nearby we have a carport with a gate facing the street, and space for two cars. Inside the entrance door we find a guest toilet, and a few steps down is the kitchen with space for both a dinner table and extra work space, large living room combined with dining room, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walking closet. Access to the terrace that runs around the house on the middle floor is reached from both the living room and the bedroom, and a kitchen entrance from the kitchen leads out onto the patio on the entrance side.

On the upper floor there are 3 full-sized bedrooms, all with access to the spacious roof terrace. Here we have an incomparable panoramic view, with the lovely Mediterranean Sea to the south, the vibrant city with its lights that provide an outstanding view in the evening, and the majestic mountains to the west. Up here, there are also solar panels installed, which cover part of the villa's electricity consumption.
One of the bedrooms is on one side of the landing, with a walk-in closet and private bathroom.
On the other side are the other two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a separate walk in closet and extra built in wardrobes, and a small space in the middle which is currently used as an office.
